Comfort Hotel Prague City

Lively lobby atmosphere, quick tram access.

The tram station is just located in front of the hotel and it is very easy and convenient to explore Prague with tram. Upon arrival, the hotel staff will give you a public transport map and also city map. Tickets machine is just located near the reception counter and if you do not have coins, you can always get help from the friendly hotel staff.

Parking garage at 300Kč per night is rather expansive. Anyway, there are ample free parking space in front of the hotel. However, with the warning signboard on Car Break-Ins and Car Theft, we decided to park our car in the garage. After staying 2 nights there, I would think it is relatively safe to park in front of the hotel and do not leave valuables in your car.

Gorgeous place overall, it is clean, location is great near the center of Prague. Staff is very nice and you can park your car outside. Hotel's breakfast is tasty with pastries and options for warm buffets, for example.

Relaxing, immaculately clean place with professional staff who proceeded to call the manager. Very well maintained building and tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms on lower floors.

The hotel had a awesome breakfast spread with plenty of options for the kids. We especially loved the clean and modern look of the place. It was easy to get to the city center with the nearby tram service.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities.

There was a god area with friendly staff and very clean every where inside.I stayed with my whife for 5 nights.I will come back and I will stay again there.

Great views and comfy stay!

Had a lovely 2-night stay! The views from the 10th floor were a highlight. Check-in was super quick and the staff were friendly. We took advantage of the laundromat downstairs, a nice perk. The only downer was the room's scent at first, but they switched us right away. Breakfast was yummy with different choices too!

Most of the staff members spoke English well.

The stay featured a clean and modern triple room accommodating three comfortably, along with a breakfast that included fresh and local products. Located just one block from the tram station, it provided convenient access to the city center. The ambient noise from the street and trams affected sleep quality, and the absence of a kettle in the room was disappointing.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. No problems with communication in various languages. Hotel located a short walk from the metro station - very convenient way to get to the city center. Breakfast was tasty but repetitous - stayed for three days and every day was the same set of food. Not a problem for me but for longer stays can be irritating.

Awfully stained carpets! In the canteen and the rooms the carpets were filthy. Some washing from time to time would be a good idea.
